Gracefield Blooms offers local delivery. Delivery availability, fees and timeframes may vary based on location and demand.
Same-day delivery cut-offs
For same-day delivery, please order by 2pm Monday–Friday and 11am Saturday. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and delivery capacity.
Delivery timeframes
We aim to deliver within a reasonable window during business hours. We can’t guarantee exact delivery times unless specifically arranged in writing.
During peak times (for example Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas), delivery windows may be broader due to high volume.
Delivery details required
Please provide recipient full name, accurate address (including unit numbers), recipient phone number, and access instructions (gate codes, reception details, and safe place to leave directions if applicable).
If the recipient is not home
If the recipient isn’t available, we may leave the order in a safe place where appropriate (weather permitting), or with reception/building management if available.
If we cannot safely leave the item, we may contact the sender/recipient to arrange the next best option. Redelivery fees may apply.
Address errors
If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete and the order is delayed or cannot be delivered, additional fees may apply and the quality of flowers cannot be guaranteed due to their perishable nature.
Public holidays
We are closed on public holidays unless stated otherwise on the website or social media.
