1) Orders & product information

Many of our products are fresh, seasonal and handmade. Images on our website are a guide to style and colour palette.

Where flowers, wrapping, vases or gift items are unavailable, we may make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the chosen style (for example: Bright & Cheery, Native, Pastel, White, Florist’s Choice).

If you select a custom or made-to-order option, you are purchasing a design based on your chosen style and budget, not a guarantee of exact flower varieties.

2) Same-day delivery cut-offs

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm Monday–Friday and 11am Saturday.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability and delivery capacity.

3) Pricing & payments

All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable (unless stated otherwise).

Prices may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Payment must be received in full before an order is prepared or delivered.

4) Delivery details & recipient information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, phone number, and any access notes.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, restricted access, or no safe place to leave the item, redelivery fees may apply and/or the order may be returned to the studio. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, quality cannot be guaranteed in these situations.

5) Card messages & special instructions

Please ensure spelling and message details are correct. We’ll print your card message as provided.

Special instructions (for example: “no lilies”, “pet-friendly”, “allergies”) will be accommodated where reasonably possible, but cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal availability.

6) Cancellations & changes

Because flowers are prepared fresh, requests to change or cancel an order should be made as early as possible by calling 0487 698 406.

Once an order is being prepared or is out for delivery, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

7) Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used on eligible products on our website (and/or in-store if offered).

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are valid for at least 3 years from the issue date (in line with Australian Consumer Law requirements for most gift cards).

8) Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If goods are faulty, not as described, or have a major failure, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under ACL.

9) Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, photos, branding, design, logos) is owned by Gracefield Blooms or used with permission. You may not copy or reproduce it without written consent.
